YES provides a range of range of services that support young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including Broughton House, which provides crisis accommodation in Albury for up to five young people aged between 16 and 18 years. Broughton House is staffed 24/7 and works with young people to stay connected with family, friends, school and the community, and get ready for independent living. YES also provides Outreach Case Management services, a Centralised Intake Assessment and Brief Intervention System, and co-manages a number of transitional accommodation properties.
