About
Veritas House operates from a strengths-based philosophy and provides a range of flexible services and support to children and young people, including youth refuges in Bathurst and Orange providing emergency and short-term accommodation for young people between 16–18 years who are vulnerable, homeless or at risk of homelessness. Younger children may be provided crisis accommodation through the Youth Assistance Program HYAP, dependent on assessment, parental consent and other young people being accommodated at the time. Veritas House also offers referral services throughout the Bathurst, Oberon, Blayney, Orange and Cabonne areas.
