About
Using innovative and industry-leading support practices, we help guide young people aged 9–24 years to fully functional adulthood. We offer semi-independent housing for homeless or at-risk local young people aged 17–24 years, sole parents or couples with a child, who are committed to working with our case managers to develop the skills required to make the transition to living independently in the community.
