Phoenix House provides a fully integrated, wrap around service model that places young people at the heart of what we do. We engage young people through specialist case management, assist them through therapeutic counselling, and create a sense of community and belonging through group work programs and activities. We also provide flexible education programs for young people with specific and challenging needs, working with schools and families to identify young people at risk.
