CCWF provides a broad range of programs and services caring for the wellbeing of individuals, families and communities, especially the vulnerable and at risk. The CCWF Safer Homes portfolio consists of the following programs: Specialist Homelessness Services (in Parkes, Forbes, Cowra, Lachlan, Bourke, Cobar and outreach areas); Domestic Violence Response Enhancement (in Lachlan LGAs); Staying Home Leaving Violence (in Parkes, Forbes, Cowra and a Hybrid Model in Lachlan and Weddin areas); and the Youth Head Lease Program (in Parkes, Forbes, Condobolin, Cowra, Bourke and Cobar).
