Social Futures has a range of services to support young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, or in unstable housing. Our Connecting Home service supports young people aged 16–24 years experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our Connecting Home team assesses their needs and supports their search for stable housing, linking them to appropriate housing providers, community supports and government programs.
