Platform Youth Services supports young people aged 12-25 across the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, and Nepean regions who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Through our continuum of care model, we provide tailored support at every stage—from early intervention and crisis accommodation to transitional housing and long-term, secure housing solutions. Beyond housing, we help young people build solid foundations by offering support in education, financial stability, life skills, legal matters, and complex needs. Our dedicated team provides case management and connections to specialist services, ensuring young people have the tools and opportunities to break the cycle of homelessness.
